FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

EEO Consultants, Inc. works as a strategic partner with the FDOT to train its 9000 employees throughout the state on their EEO, Sexual Harassment and Affirmative Action rights and responsibilities. EEO Consultants’ staff participates in monthly meetings and submits quarterly reports on any potential problem areas identified in the field to keep the Equal Opportunity Office informed. EEO Consultants, Inc. is also providing FDOT with a customized two hour Diversity & Sensitivity Program option for the Districts throughout the State. This program is offered in addition to the basic EEO training where the District Training Officer believes additional guidance related to race and gender issues in the workplace could benefit State employees.

U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT

EEO Consultants, Inc. worked directly with the Consulate Diplomats and Foreign Service Nationals in India, meeting with Judges on the High Court, government officials inn the National Women’s Commission and other business professionals to discuss the ever growing problem in India of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. Ms. Mattson also served as a US expert lecturing throughout the country to law schools and universities and met with media representatives to discuss the problem.
